Terms of Service
1. Service Description
Euro Work Permit is a Swiss-registered agency that provides work permit documentation services for European countries including Germany and Hungary. Our services include document preparation, work contract coordination with verified employers, embassy appointment booking, DHL document delivery, and personal case management via WhatsApp.
We act as an intermediary between workers and European employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes beyond the preparation and delivery of a complete, legally compliant document package.
2. Payment Terms
Our services operate on a 50/50 payment model:
- 50% advance payment — due upon signing the service agreement, before document preparation begins.
- 50% final payment — due after the client reviews and approves the prepared document package, before DHL shipment.
Government and consular fees are separate from the agency service fee and are payable directly by the client.
3. Refund Policy
If we are unable to deliver the agreed document package, the advance payment will be refunded in full. Once the document package has been approved by the client and the final payment has been made, refunds are not available as the service has been fully rendered.
Government and consular fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to government authorities. In the event of a visa rejection, we will review the case and may reapply at no additional agency fee, though government fees may need to be paid again.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and truthful information. Clients are responsible for obtaining medical certificates and criminal record checks from their home country. Providing false information may result in visa rejection and service termination without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we maintain a high visa approval rate, we cannot guarantee visa approval as the final decision rests solely with the embassy or consulate. Euro Work Permit guarantees the quality and completeness of the document package we prepare but is not liable for decisions made by government authorities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.Euro Work Permit is registered and operates under Swiss commercial law (Registration: CH-FDJP-CHE104867502).
7. Dispute Resolution
